Telephone the emergency number. Halqa cannot.
Halqa cannot dial for you
- A Halqa alarm reaches the people you chose — your guardians, your household, or your colony. It does not reach the police, an ambulance or the fire brigade.
- If somebody is in danger right now, ring the emergency number in your country yourself, and then raise the alarm so your neighbours know.
A child
Her live position and her help button go to her named guardians and nobody else. If a guardian is the problem, contact support and a human will act on it.
A personal SOS
Is silent by default — the driver is not told. If the danger is the driver, warning him is the worst thing an app can do.
A false alarm
One you admit to yourself costs nothing at all. Say so and close it.

What does it cost?
Free while Halqa is growing. No commission on anything you buy or sell, no listing fee, no charge for being found.
Are calls really free?
Yes — they run over your internet connection, anywhere in the world, and nobody's number is shown.
Will my number be shown?
No. Not in a chat, a call, an order or a shop page.
Somebody keeps ringing me
Change who may call you, down to “nobody — messages only”, and block the person. Blocked means blocked, both ways.
I shared my location by mistake
End it. The other side sees the dot disappear rather than quietly stop moving.
Can I run two shops?
One activity profile is free. Several may need a paid plan in future — a man with one shop should never pay.
How do I close my account?
Profile → close the account. Content you have taken down goes with it.
Three complaints start the ladder.
How
Use the report button on the person, post, shop or offer. Say what happened in one line — a human reads it.
How fast
Reviewed within 72 hours.
What happens
Three or more upheld complaints from different members start the ladder: 2 days → 7 days → 30 days → permanent block.
Fraud
Anybody asking for an advance fee, or trying to move the deal off Halqa to get your number, should be reported. Halqa will not carry an advance fee request.
Appealing
Reply to the notice you were sent. A human reads that too.
Tell us what you saw.
Write to [email protected]. The three things that make it fixable: what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and roughly when. A screenshot is worth more than a paragraph.
A security weakness
Write to [email protected] instead — see reporting a weakness.
A shop's details are wrong
Report the shop; the owner is asked to correct it.
My driver papers need changing
These cannot be edited, by design. Contact support and a human approves the replacement.
I cannot get in
Check the telephone number you are using. If the number itself is gone, contact support with what you can prove.
