Stopping abuse
Six suggestions in ten minutes, per sender.To count them Halqa keeps a scrambled fingerprint of where the message came from — not an address, and it cannot be turned back into one. It is deleted with the row.
If it fails to send, your words are not lost
They stay in the box on this page, and a button hands them back to paste into an email. A form that eats four paragraphs and shrugs is worse than no form at all.
The three things that make it fixable.
What you were trying to do“I was hiring an auto from the map” tells us far more than “the app crashed”.
What happened insteadAnd what you expected instead. Both halves matter — half the reports we cannot act on are missing the second one.
A picture of the screenDrag it in or paste it. One screenshot is worth a page of description, and it carries the build number, which tells us which copy of the file you have.
